
May 2006 – PST Sales & Marketing to Teach Multi-Session Course on Sales Basics
A PST Sales & Marketing distribution client has asked the PST field staff to help change the client’s marketing staff to more of a marketing/sales staff. The client asked PST Sales to develop a training program that teaches the basics of sales techniques in a two-day course and then to follow that up in six months with regional meetings to reinforce the training. The end result was to take a staff with specialty skills related to marketing and make them knowledgeable and comfortable with sales techniques.
