March 2003 - PST Adds Major Surfacing Materials Supplier to Its Client Base

PST Sales and Marketing is proud to announce that it has been selected to help a prominent supplier of surfacing materials for commercial buildings to better qualify the major portion of the supplier’s account base.

Like most companies in this market, PST’s client is expected to provide various levels of samples to architects and designers to encourage the inclusion of this client in their designs. The cost of these samples can be significant.

PST’s job is to qualify the majority of this account base (some 30,000 accounts) and determine if accounts should be upgraded, left at the current level, or removed from the list. PST’s methods are particularly appropriate since it can carry on a conversation with the account and make the conversation informational without sounding like a survey.
