Professional Service Telemarketing (now doing business as PST Sales & Marketing) announces the formal introduction of its telemarketing business – offering client acquisition services to clients.
Bob Jackson, one of the owners of the company, commented “that we originally had not intended to open a telemarketing firm.” But after trying several other telemarketing firms to do prospecting for PST’s consulting business, the firm experienced dismal results. “We had set up and used in-house prospectors at a former employer for many years with great success, so we knew the process worked and decided to get our own callers,” Bob said.
To reduce costs, PST decided to sell off excess caller capacity to others, but quickly found that all of its capacity ended up being sold to others. With that, Professional Service Telemarketing took flight and continues to grow to meet client needs.
