WHAT PST HEARS FROM THE MARKET

The following excerpts are notes we took during a recent calling campaign. They give you a flavor of the market potential our dealer would not have found had the call campaign not been done.

Purchasing Time Frame of Less Than a Month:

Dan D (D. Kermit Inc) is currently about to sign a bill of sale on a 2000 GMC Top-kick with 8 bay beverage body (which is the body he needs). He said we called at a good time. He wants a call ASAP to see if we can do something better. He said it should be around 25,900 GVW, under CDL. He is also looking for a smaller vehicle.

N Hassain (Total Improvement) is Co-Owner. They have a 1995 Dump Truck that they want to trade-in for a newer Dump Truck. They are looking to replace their Dump Truck right away. They own 5 trucks total.

Robin G (Mattress Fair) owns 2 Trucks. She wants to replace her 16' Box Truck with another Box Truck in about 1 week. She wants someone to contact her right away.

David Fanning (Fanning Electrical Sales & Service) owns 16 trucks including a Bucket Truck. He is looking to replace his Bucket Truck right away with one that has a 65-foot reach boom.

Purchasing Time Frame of 2-3 Months:

Al Bright (Bath & Tile Center) owns 1 GMC and leases (rents) as needed. He is currently looking to purchase a Truck, 24' or 25' box, under CDL. He needs it by September and would prefer new, but used may do if it is the right truck. He drives about 200 miles/day. Mobile # is best to reach him.

Gary Geski (Colony Landscape) owns 7 Trucks, stakes and dumps, mostly Ford, 1 I/H, and 1 GMC. He plans to add a Dump in the range of an F450 around September or October. If he's not in, leave a message.

Robert Prince (Prince Landscape Nursery) said he owns 5 Trucks including 1 Dump. He said he is looking to buy 1 Stake-Body Dump in 2 months. He said this Stake-Body Truck will add to or replace what he already has.

Scott Fray (Taylor Made Rental) owns 4 Trucks. He is looking to add or replace a Box Truck-24 Footer in the next 2-3 months especially if the price is right.
